This privacy policy applies to the web site and the Logikcull service application available at (collectively, the "Sites"), owned and operated by Logik Systems, Inc. ("Logikcull"). Logikcull is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust with respect to the information we collect from you. This Privacy Policy sets forth the information we collect about you, how we use this information, and the choices you have about how we use such information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the customer has engaged Logikcull.

Privacy Shield

Logikcull participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Logikcull is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework's applicable Principles. Logikcull is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under each Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Logikcull complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Logikcull is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Logikcull may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Collection of Information

We sometimes request users of the Sites to provide personally identifiable information such as name, email address and shipping address. The information collected from a user is strictly voluntary.

The Sites may provide you with messaging capabilities for your use. In the event you voluntarily disclose sensitive or personally identifiable information using such services, that information, along with any substantive information disclosed in your communication or post, can be collected, correlated and used by specific third parties under an onward transfer data protection agreement. Any such use of such information shall be for the limited and legitimate purposes for which Logikcull is using their product or service.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our sites (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the sites.

Cookies/Tracking Technologies

Logikcull and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users' movements within the Sites, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Like most web sites, Logikcull collects information regarding your use of the Sites through the use of cookies. Cookies are anonymous, unique alphanumeric identifiers sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer. How Personal Information Is Used

We use the Personal Information that you provide for completion and support of the activity for which the information was provided, such as allowing access to or delivery of our products or services or responding to your requests or inquiries.

We also may use the Personal Information for site and system administration such as for the technical support of the Sites and its computer systems, including processing computer account information, information used in the course of securing and maintaining the Sites, and verification of activity on the Sites by Logikcull or its agents; research and development to enhance, evaluate, and improve the Sites and our services; communicating with you about changes or updates to the Sites or, with your consent, special offers or promotions.

Our Commitment to Data Security

The security and confidentiality of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. The Personal information about each user is stored on servers that are behind a firewall and physically housed within secure data centers. Furthermore, our internal practices help protect your privacy by limiting employee access to and use of Personal Information on a permissions-based and role-specific basis. Upon request Logikcull will provide you with information regarding whether we hold any of your personal information. Logikcull acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. Logikcull has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the Logikcull Customer within whose account your data exists (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to our Customer. Logikcull will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.


We may share your information with third parties who provide services on our behalf to help with our business activities such as payment processing, account administration, and sending sending marketing or customer service-related communications. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.


We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request ("Compelled Disclosures". If we do so we will use reasonable efforts to provide you with prior notice (to the extent legally permitted) in order to afford you an opportunity to seek a protective order or otherwise challenge the Compelled Disclosure.
